Product Description
The twentieth century terminated the debate about the Cold War and inaugurated two new debates about globalization and prospects for a clash of civilizations. This volume synthesizes the two new debates into a question: Is globalization a dialogue or a clash of civilizations? The book assembles some major thinkers of the twenty first century to address issues from Western hegemony to Islamic radicalism, and from nationalism and the world economy to the emerging forces of global culture.
